While I've enjoyed this particular bushism as much as the next guy, I haven't heard anyone discuss the possibilty that what the GW meant was that he had to "catapult" his message OVER the propaganda.
Bush is one of those most dangerous people: an incredibly stupid child of priviledge and power who's never been told he's stupid, and so doesn't know that he is stupid, or believe that he could be.
He confuses his message in ways like this 100% of the time he goes off script, but I don't think this was an accidental revelation of truth. It was just more muddled mumbling from our national embarassment.
He makes me really appreciate the life choices Paris Hilton has made...
